Welcome to Moments’ Conscious Parenting Workshop Series. Before we can guide our children through feelings, we must learn how to meet our own. That’s why we begin with self-regulation.

This course is for anyone – families, caregivers, teachers – wanting to build a more conscious, respectful relationship with children through daily, easy-to-implement actions.
